New Members Iceaxe Posted September 18 New Members Share Posted September 18 Found this morning on the beach in Port Townsend, WA, USA, about halfway between Chetzemoka Park and Point Wilson. I'm new to this, not sure if it even is a fossil. Looks 'toothy' to me, but the honeycombing makes me think... coral? Any help appreciated. Thanks! daves64
Looks like part of a barnacle to me. Probably modern. 1 Accomplishing the impossible means only that the boss will add it to your regular duties.
Mark Kmiecik
I agree with barnacle fragment. Mark. Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
