Hello, I came across this beautiful specimen of a Traumatocrinus sp. from a locality in Guizhou, China. How much of it has been restored and how much of it's original been left alone?

hm, I have seen many of them..., common crinoide. Yours looks like an original one, but not in the best preservation

These are very common and generally not worth restoring. This specimen is also very poor, so I fail to see what the "improvement" would be even if it were restored. So I would say all original but not worth pursuing at all, plenty of better specimens out there.
