No. This isn't coral. It may be a trace fossil, however.

Sorry, I can't give a name for it. It just looks likes the work of infaunal sea creatures to me.

If it IS a trace fossil , it might be hard/impossible to name this

@doushantuothanks for the information, :) I have looked at the rock further and have noticed nearly identical patterns to the images you have sent, so I believe you are correct!
