I agree that it looks like an antler. The shape is odd for a distal tine from a white tail though. Perhaps a complete antler from a young deer, often called a spike horn.

To me it looks like it was sawed off of the rack. Just my opinion though......

It's the wrinkles that look wrong. Oddities in shape do occur though.
