New Members theofossils Posted November 8 New Members Posted November 8 Hello everyone, I have that non identified crocodile teeth from Morocco, Kem Kem beds, it's pretty small 1 cm or 2 cm , what do you all think?
Jaybot Posted November 9 Posted November 9 Yes, that is some kind of croc, and in your last photo you can see a feeding wear facet Unfortunately I can not help with genus/species. If I remember right, these croc teeth from the Kem Kem are hard to id. -Jay Aspiring Naturalist “The earth doesn't need new continents, but new men.” ― Jules Verne, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea
New Members theofossils Posted November 9 Author New Members Posted November 9 Hey thanks for the answer, for now and what I've seen, I id it as Araripesuchus if I have new intels I will change it, but u think it makes sense cause based on others pics k saw it looks similar and it was a pretty small croc and the teeth isn't really big itself but I could be wrong.
Anomotodon Posted November 9 Posted November 9 It’s too large for Araripesuchus. I think a peirosaurid (Hamadasuchus or Antaeusuchus) anterior tooth is more likely. Tym The Tooth Fairy
