I found this fossil tooth which I assumed was a bovid tooth when I first picked it up.  Very worn down, would have belonged to an old feller.

 

 Interesting enamel pattern, reminds me of some horse teeth- however I couldn’t find anything that was an exact match.

 

Is this a Equus tooth?  What do you think Jack @Shellseeker?  I know you are quite knowledgeable on horse teeth.

Bovid is correct

At this size, I would think Bison. Have to id position, which might be difficult.

Interesting Bison tooth, but so many times very worn teeth have fooled me into thinking it was a different taxon.  Oh well :)

 

EDIT: looking at it more, this may even be a Bos tooth....
