Newbie_1971 Posted November 26, 2024 Posted November 26, 2024 I have been at it still, purchasing and finding trilobites. Have been at it just over a year now! 7
Darktooth Posted November 26, 2024 Posted November 26, 2024 I am a bit worried that all your trilobites are to heavy and will break those glass shelves! Best to send some my way, just to be on the safe side! 2 I like Trilo-butts and I cannot lie.

From: Regional Cincinnati Late Ordovician Trilobite Identification Thanks! Comparing them I truly think this is from NY, The shale is the same, NY ones are some common and OH ones are so rare.... 1 Cheers! James My trilobites About me
Isotelus2883 Posted January 6 Posted January 6 (edited) I think that they are from OH because the colour of the shale is lighter, the shell colour matches the OH ones rather than a whiter shell from the Newport region, the species is not extremely rare at some localities, and because the original collecter said so.
