Hi

I would like to preserve Gault Kent ammonites

I have no experience desalinating fossils and coating them with paraloid B72

Help!

Oh, should I clean them first?

I don't have an air scriber, just my hands and some sharp tools

Thank you

Thank you Ludwigia

I have read them and I am wondering if tap water is ok

I'm just concerned as it would be my first time soaking any fossils

Do I need to use a brush to coat the paraloid?

How long would it take to dry?

In what environment should I need to put them and how do I work with?

Like finish one side and do the other side later...

Tap water is just fine, unless you want to invest in a lot of distilled water. I have no experience with paraloid, so I'll let someone else answer your other questions.
