Thought I’d share this find with the forum. Took me over a year to get a positive ID as hyposaurus is an extremely rare find in North America. To my knowledge there is only one prior record of hyposaurus in South Carolina. That being from the Williamsburg formation, also being an isolated vertebra. It is a very unique find for sure!
