There is no such thing as the Maysville Formation. Maysville is a town in KY with a number of exposures nearby, ranging from the Kope Formation up into the Bellevue Formation.

The Maysville limestone is in Ohio that's what I meant

The seller said it was somewhere near Cincinnati, I can look at the card again real quick 😁

There is no stratigraphic unit named the Maysville Limestone or Maysville Formation in any of the states surrounding Cincinnati.

I looked it up , there was an article on the Maysville limestone of Ohio no clue where in Ohio it is, like I said I'll recheck my paper 🥳

That paper is 60 years old. There is no Maysville Formation in the current nomenclature.

60 years is crazy , where would this be from them if it says Cincinnati Ohio Maysville group like what replaced the group

They are referring to the Maysvillian age. This one looks like the Mt Orab ones though, which would make it the Sunset Mbr of the Arheim Fm which is Richmondian in age.
