I bought this at an antique store. Does anyone know what it is? Is it a fossil or just a cool looking rock?

This appears to be a part of a septarian nodule. Not a fossil.

Still it is a cool rock.:)

Cool rock. Not a fossil tho

Yep.  100% a septarian concretion.  They are pretty neat in my opinion, many mistake them for turtle fossils. ;)
