My library doesn't have online access to any of the journals, but apparently we have Neues Jahrbuch für Geologie und Paläontologie, Monatshefte in hard copy. If no-one comes up with a pdf, I can check if we have that article and send you a photocopy.

Yeesh! I'm having no luck at all! I've been looking for the past hour and have found absolutely nothing that hasn't already been mentioned.

Sorry,

Thanks Thomas and Joe! I really appreciate all the extra effort. I have also contacted a friend in Greece that might find one of these through local access. If I can get just one of these papers I will consider this a successful quest :D

Hello, Scott.

Since I saw this topic and your message lately yesterday, I am searching for hours on this thread unfortunately with no result. :( The first I did was to google in Greek among the rest in digital libraries, local museums and university museums and despite to the fact that (mainly) the Triassic ammonites of Chios and Epidauros are well known and commonly met in my searcing, none relative pdf was found...

Among the best digital libraries in Greece is the Aristotles University of Thessaloniki (School of Geology) digital library ''THEOPHRASTOS''. I place here THELINK for an in person search, just to cover the case I haven't provided it the right elements...

Good luck with your search. Any success would be in my big pleasant surprise :o

I'll keep searching too. :)

Kind regards

These papers were for a colleague in the invert paleo collections.

They were already acquired by interlibrary loan 12 years ago.

Please don't bother trying to find the others....thanks! happy0144.gif

I have come across this post quite a few times and was hesitant to ask, since after 12 years, it felt weird.

However, since I saw some activity, I dare to ask:

I know my chances are thin, since it was request for a collegue of yours, but do you still have the above publication of father and son Renz?

All of these papers are relevant to the Lower Triassic cephalopod fauna of Greece. Tomorrow evening, I will board into a ferry boat for a 11h trip to the island of Chios and revive this journal.

I have read every single publication, except this one, so if you have it, I would love to read it.

Sorry to report that these publications are not in my possession.

The colleague that made the request is no longer affiliated with the university and has relocated without a trace....sherlock-smiley.gif?1292867671

the Schweizerische Palaontologische Abhandlungen series of monographs ( except for SOME with expired copyright ( pre-1923) can't be found anywhere.

Believe me , I can find stuff, and I didn't.

This is not so old, it is written in 1948.

I have tried to find it, in vain.

If you could have a look on the whereabouts of this publication, I would be super grateful.

I just told you there's no data repository (that i can think of) that even mentions whát's been published in the series  .

Thanks again!
