Best Teeth Yet! And One With A Drilled Hole?

So after a big storm monday I found these within about 10 steps of each other in a creek lastnight, Have yall ever seen a shark tooth with a drilled hole in it before? Or was is prolly made by a worm or something? also can anyone tell me why one is yellowish while all the others are the darker black to grey color... Thanks!!

I believe it's from a type of boring clam, the name of which other members have posted in the past.

Attached is an extreme example of such activity.
