Two closeups of this... Kinda, sorta, maybe looks triloish.

Here is a pic for perspective, with one of my crinoids.

Thoughts anyone? Another trilo or not?

If so, this would be #4 out of essentially the same rock.

Bev,

Forget the trilo-trash. That crinoid on the lower edge is way more interesting, IMHO. You have one heck of a great site and there is no doubt you will be finding many more excellent fossils. Time to invest in some serious ID books and references.

Keep it up.

Thank you SO MUCH erose! I too am way more excited about the crinoids! So far I have 6 "chicken feet" that I can recognize on this one block of compressed muddy/rock.

Photos coming soon.

Yeah those crinoids are what I would be after on that piece. Love finding the longer stems.

I am starting to post this onto my Fossil Adventure Blog. :) So nice to hear that others like crinoids too! Should have it all up by the end of the day. Then I will work on a post for my "chicken's feet", I think there are 7 now--looking closer. :)
