My Wife Finds Another Multiblock.

Recommended Posts

Back in April i posted " my wife can find fossils too " after she found another ammonite multiblock from the Holderness coast , well she has found another great multiblock making a total of four which is exactly four more than i have found . I am now relegated to the position of fossil finding apprentice with primary duties consisting of , making the sandwiches , making the coffee , driving the car to any fossil location her ladyship chooses , carrying the backpacks , hitting nodules and any rock on demand, and vacuuming and dusting the caravan on a daily basis ( apparently this will help with my observation technique and will result in me finding more fossils ) i am sorry but i have to leave you know as i have to take further observation training at the local supermarket which will consist of placing pretend ammonites into pretend backpacks. :(

Wow! Amazing!

Bulldozers and dirt Bulldozers and dirt
behind the trailer, my desert
Them red clay piles are heaven on earth
I get my rocks off, bulldozers and dirt

Look on the bright side, on average, you and your wife find two ammonite blocks each. :P Lovely fossils though.

Not only is that block spectacular, it looks like it is thick enough on one side to take another split. If a second split uncovered a surface even half as good as the first split, the whole thing would be spectacularicious! either way, :envy::drool:  :envy: .

As far as vacuuming and dusting the caravan is concerned, it could be worse! Your wife could make you wear a French Maid outfit while you're doing the chores. :o

Dave,

As I recall from another recent post by yourself, You were the one who found the large ammonite that required all the work to drag back to the car. ;)

I think that your day will come, and you will find your own multiblocks - only a matter of time and patience.

And so you do not feel too bad, my wife, who has very little interest in fossils, usually finds the best ones.

So this is a universal axiom, it would appear. :P
