William
I found several fossils of leaves (leaves and/or grasses) this past weekend. Is that something worth posting for ID? I mean how specific can anyone be regarding a leaf and the time period? I found perhaps 6 different examples/specimens. Thank you

rejd
I agree, to me a fossil is always cool, no matter what it is. I love all sorts myself so would love to see what you have. I hope others are not holding back on posting their finds because they think they are not significant enough. A fossil hunter needs sharp eyes and a keen search image, a mental template that subconsciously evaluates everything he sees in his search for telltale clues. -Richard E.
