Finds From Tributary Of Peace River

KYAL

Recommended Posts

These were collected last year on a tributary of the Peace River in Florida. Images 32 to 35 are different views of what I think may be a piece of a tooth. Images 24 and 25 appear to be a lower jaw. I hope the pictures are good enough for some more specific IDs. Thank you for looking.

No offense, but those are pretty rough. The tooth is too beat up to make a concrete ID......I guess the same goes for thejaw. But my first impressions were Bison tooth and partial Alligator mandible.

Or the "tooth" could be a VERY beat up Mammoth tooth fragment

No offense taken. I appreciate your comments and IDs. As beaten up as these were, I was still pretty excited to find them.
