Found At The Beach In Malibu, California. Are They Fossil?

Hello, My name is Lori and i am new. Can someone please tell me if these are fossils? I found them at the beach in Malibu, California a month ago. the first one is about 5 inch. by 3 1/2 . The next one is about 3 1/3 by 3 1/2 . Thank you for any input.

Hi Lori, im not seeing fossils here. A few more pics of your first item may help. And i know your second item is not a fossil, it looks like naturally weathered sandstone.

Wave-worn beach cobbles. The holes in the second image were likely made by piddock clams.

more things from same beach in Malibu. finding lot of these ball rocks. I have about 8 of them so i stop bring them home.
