Your image presents the root portion of the tooth, so this ID must be tentative. http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest
jpc Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 I am also curious... What sort of animal do the Russians call a sea cat?
Baltic Posted February 26, 2015 Author Posted February 26, 2015 I found one dead one on beach and sometimes i see them under the water but they dont come near to divers about 3-5m near of divers
BSE Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 Maybe he means "sea lion" - the pic shows some kind of dead seal. First I thought about a Chimaera, in German "Seekatze" (sea cat), but it doesn't fit.
Harry Pristis Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 I'm curious also . . . what is the Russian term for "sea cat"? . . . морской лев ? . . . океан кошка ? http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest

Harry Pristis Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 Морской котик translates to "seal" in English. Thanks for expanding my vocabulary. Cпасибо. http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest
