cthibbs Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Hello everyone! I have found these today at the shorelines of the chesapeake bay in maryland! Does anyone know what they are? Thanks!!
Auspex Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 The first reminds me of whale bone, maybe a piece of a vertebra? The other might be from an animal's centerline, given its symmetry, but that's all I got. cthibbs Posted March 15, 2015 Author Posted March 15, 2015 Okay thanks Auspex! The lighter bone almost looks like joint bone of some sort.. just my opinion! And I have no idea what the one on the right is!
