Need Help Identifying Hornlike Thing?

Hi- I joined this forum because I have this fossil I found 15 years ago and I have no knowledge of this kind of thing. I've searched everything I could think of and can't find anything that looks like it so hoping someone here can help me!

I found it in Bismarck, ND when I was a kid buried just beneath the surface on the side of the road. I am not home to get measurements right now, but I will try to do that soon so you have more detail. I hope I sized the pictures right!

looks like a cow or bison horn core.
