sharko69 Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 It has been rainy and stormy in North texas the last week which is extremely welcome in these parts. This is the first time I have had a green yard in April in three years. Not only is it great for the vegetation but also for exposing some great new material. Unfortunately for me, I will be traveling all week and I am sure my spots will be well picked by the time I get back but I did jump the gun and hit Post Oak between storms the other night for about an hour. The water was still high and murky and only a couple of small areas were exposed which I could see had been already looked over by some small feet. I spent 45 minutes on the pile and was rewarded with a couple of perfect P. Whipplei and some miscellaneous bits and peices. I saw the tip of a tooth sticking up and thinking it was just another broken bit of a tooth, I was surprised with what I found. Complete, sharp and perfect with the most beautiful colorations I have seen from here.
