jhw Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 (edited) I bought a couple grab bag type auctions on ebay for some shark tooth necklaces I'm putting together and ended up with some extra stuff. I know most of these are Isurus Hastalis and Planus, but wonder if a few might be Desori? Also curious what some of the smaller teeth may be, maybe just juvenile of the same or something different? I know there's a lot of Shark Tooth Hill experts on this site, appreciate any id's you can provide. Here's some of the finished product. Thanks, JW Edited May 2, 2015 by jhw
Gneave Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Some of the teeth near the bottom appear to be I. Desori. They are the more slender teeth that almost resemble sandtiger teeth( without the cusplets). If you look at pics of desori on the web you should be able to get an idea of their characteristic appearance.
