ynot Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 (edited) Hey All, The El Dorado Mineral and Gem society that I belong to places several displays into the local county fair each year. This year My display is self collected finds from Sharktooth Hill. Thought that I would show the display to Y'all and see what You think. Enjoy... Ludwigia Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Are the little scepters on the left local? Nice! Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/
ynot Posted June 18, 2015 Author Posted June 18, 2015 The 2 amethyst "cactus" scepters on one piece are from Mexico, I got them from the estate of a friend, The clear over smoky scepter is from Idaho and was a gift from the mine owner. Tony

DinoMike Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 That is one amazing assemblage of fossils! I'd heard Sharktooth Hill mentioned a bit years ago, but never saw a display like this! It really brings home the sheer variety of finds that can me made!

A truly fabulous place to look for "shark teeth". Tony
