Could this be a jaw fragment with a tooth?

I don't think it is a jaw or tooth.

It looks like part of a crab claw, to me.

More specifically, an internal mold of the dactylus of a crab Chelae, or claw/pincer.

Your second and 3rd images clearly show the rest of the claw - or, ... at least, what's left of it.
