I thought I would share these pictures with you from the recent track finds in North Texas. These pictures where shared with me, so I can't identify everything in them but can verify they are authentic.

Where? What city close to? Just wondering

Dallas/Ft. Worth. The site remains secretive for it's protection and preservation. I'm sure there will be additional finds as the area is investigated.

Glen Rose Formation, I presume?

Just a note of healthy skepticism. I notice quite a few smaller rounder depressions. Is the formation known for carbonate concretions ? They can look like tracks. The lack of consistence in shape is what makes me question it.

Again not my pictures or conclusions. Just pictures from the site sent to me. Thought everyone would enjoy speculating on what they could be. Enjoy!

looks like differentially eroded limestone exposing burrows etc. Am with Rockwood on this one.

If these are photos of the "new" trackway discovered this summer, then they are on Army Corps of Engineers land at Lake Grapevine (Woodbine Formation).

I'm actually doing the scheduling polka to try to get my calendar to match up with some Corps guys to go out to this site. If I can make it work, I'll take photos with scale for reference.
