Cwarrick20
My Father in Law found this tooth while hunting and wanted me to look see what I could find out about it. Anyone have a guess at what it is? He's convinced it's bigfoot. Hopefully he's right and we'll be famous haha. You can Email me if anyone has any info. THANKS A TON!!!! jcbshark
Not sure what it is but I don't think it's a tooth Every once in a great while it's not just a big rock down there!
PaleoRon
It looks like the base of a large sawfish rostral "tooth", possibly Ischyrhiza mira

Cwarrick20
Is that a hole for a root in the bottom of it? Or what am I seeing there? We're both really new at this but are interesting in doing some fun digs around when we go hunting. Thanks for all the feedback fellas!

Fossildude19
There may have been blood vessels and whatnot attached there, but the piece itself is a root of a Sawfish rostral "tooth". Yours is missing the blade.
