D.N.FossilmanLithuania
Dear guys, I have found some eurypterid and maybe scorpion segment remains but not very many. The first two specimens in my opinion is Megalograptus thorax and tail segments because of leperditids and Hormotoma gastropod remains in the same dolomite boulder (in north Estonia from where many boulders came by glaciers to Lithuania Hormotoma gastropods are determined in Rakvere- Pirgu stages, Late Ordovician). The last (or third) photo is leg segment of scorpion in my opinion. But I am not sure about my finds for 100 percents. Could anyone tell me if my identifications are correct? Fossildude19
Brightened and enlarged the pictures. I see something there, possibly, ... but, ... I'm not quite sure how you are arriving at a determination of eurypterid and scorpion, as I cannot even determine that they are actually fossils??? Can you explain your reasoning? Also - there are no sizes listed for the items, or pictures with a ruler for scale. Knowledge of size is helpful in making an accurate ID.
