Don't have a good guess for this one.  Are those eyes I'm seeing, or some other body part? Or is it fauna at all?

Coprolite?

I am not seeing anything here. You could try to clean it up a bit and see what might be there, but I think there is nothing. I also am not seeing those spots as eyes. I have always been told that there had to be some type of nucleus to form the concretion, but some times nothing was preserved if in fact it opened at the proper plane line.

I agree with Nimravis. I'm not seeing much here. There are a few small signs that this maybe some sort of fauna (possibly "leech"), but it would need a vinegar bath and a scrub.
