Beach Pebble with Fossil Imprints?

Happy Friday! :) I found this very unique pebble on Casey Key Beach, Florida. It is about a 1/2"x 3/4". It has a tusk shell shape on one side and a triangular shape on the other; looking like something was replaced with quartz crystals. Does anyone know what made these impressions? Is this considered a fossil? Thanks all.

I expect it's some kind of fossil but there's nothing very familiar about it. Not much to go on.:(
