Fruitbat
I got to it just fine (though there WAS a lot of 'click bait'). Seems that the fellow that found it took it to a local museum where questions arose about whether he had permission to collect it and, apparently based on certain laws, it ended up being donated to the museum by the landowners. In the end, he didn't get to keep the fossil or get credit for being the finder of the fossil (though the museum says that they offered to credit him). All-in-all...a significant contribution to scientific knowledge but a swift kick in the pants to the fellow who found it and took it to the museum. Ah well...c'est la vie! -Joe Illigitimati non carborundum Fruitbat's PDF Library
