Just curious on this one? It's more than I thought about spending on a trilo but it looks very cool.

That's Comura, not Walliserops, C. bultyncky, I think. 

The yellow bits look a bit odd, but that may just be the lighting, it's a beautiful thing. 

The high price reflects the huge number of hours of prep work that have gone into this.

The color difference is likely natural.  The tricky thing about Comura trilobites is that some have very well crafted fake spines and it can be hard to tell from a picture whether they are real or fake.
