Tapir Symphysis
This is the symphysis, or junction, of a tapir mandible with both canines in place. This is probably Tapirus veroensis, the Late Pleistocene tapir. Notice how the canines are triangular in cross-section, as opposed to the blade-like cross-section of a horse canine or (more so) a camel canine.
