This image has everything a good image should have - focus, cropping, brightness, color rendition, and interpretation.

It does have one problem: The view of the fossil is from approximately a 30-degree angle, but the scale bar is vertical. Both should be vertical for the scale bar to be useful.

This is a case where it might have been more accurate (and space-saving) to use some text in the image. For example: "crown height 16.8mm".

Heh, yes I generally try to get all those criteria correct. And it may look like a 30-degree angle, but it's mainly just the perspective that makes it look like that since the photo was taken from very close up. Regardless, the exact height of the crown is 27 mm.
