Lingulichnus verticalis (Hakes, 1976).
Humber RIver area, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Late Ordovician, Georgian Bay formation, Lower Member. Oblong to tear shaped burrows made by linguliid brachiopod, species unknown. Approximately 15 cm across.
