Hello, I found these bones in the back of a cave in Macedonia this summer. I first noticed the big bone in the first picture, and after removing some stones I found the rest of the bones that you see lying in the back of the first picture. I do not know anything about fossils, so I am wondering what the opinion of the experts on this forum is. At the moment, I already got two expert opinions, but both are saying something completely different! I will let you know what they said later, in order not to bias you... Hopefully you can help me solve this...Thanks in advance! Dennis

I thought some folks here might like to see this. The tooth is roughly 4.5 to 5 inches, and from what I know about this specimen, it likely came from a quarry or cave in central Florida. Given that she's a crossbreed, I sure could use some help with this likely point of origin on this one. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance ...

Just wanted to share a new fossil I bought some days ago. It's the right side of a mandible from a cave bear (Ursus spelaeus). It's about 40,000 years old, 30 cm (12 in.) long, and was found in Romania. I find ice age mammals really interesting, so I'm happy I got this!

Hello there guys, I recently visited a cave up in the Mediterranean mountains with a group of fellow fossil hunters, among the fossilized water droplets covering the floor I found this strange specimen, I have found many fossils during my fossil hunting lifetime but I am not very good at identifying them. I'd really appreciate any help on what this is, to me it looks like anything from a fossilized skull to a fossilized sapling. I doubt it is a sapling though seeing as I found it in a cave. Thank you

Hi, I'm new to this site, and I would like to say hello to everyone, and start off by showing a tooth found in Northern Arkansas near a cave! We have no idea what animal this could be from, or if it is even a fossil. We thought it was.
