Today I noticed a decorative ammonite built into a limestone wall of a bathroom at champion park here in round rock - while cool on its own, it's when I walked up to it to look closer that I saw a neat little detail.
On the surface of the ammonite, there's a little blade of a shark tooth - not so big that it's its own feature, but I find it unlikely that a collector would've yielded such a nifty little dual fossil if they knew it would go on a public bathroom wall. So, I think this little tooth probably wasn't noticed at first.
