Hello everyone, I need you again. Today I bought some fossils, as a gift the seller sent me a shell (I don't know if they are brachiopods or bivalves). I asked him where they were from, and he told me that they were from Costa Rica, from a place called Puntarenas, but I looked up information on PBDB Navigator and there is no fossil site in that specific place (although there are two places nearby that date from the Eocene). . Could someone give me more information? I leave some images

Hi i found this in Sounth West Poland, it was on a road in the wood. There were many stones to make the sand road stronger when vehicles moves. I just thought it is not normal stone. Sorry foe my english, I am from Poland. This weird shapes have in it some like mud stone, I think with some equipment it can be cleaned but not with water.

My kids found this. I’m not sure if it came from my ridge in north central Kentucky, or they found it in the rock in the landscaping of my house located in the same area. We find lots of cool fossils around the property but most are relative to under water plants and animals. This one seemed to be something different. I feel very certain it’s not just a rock , lol.

Solo se que se llama nódulo septario pero no tengo idea de que está compuesto ni su valor. Cerca encontré otros de los cuales dejo foto también deseo saber más de ellos. No sé si dentro tenga alguna formación mineral.

Hello all, I found yesterday what I believe to be a large fossilized tree conk. I found this on top of a nearby mountain in the middle of a large rock slide area. I compared it to some living samples and it is very similar in structure. What do you think?

Hi, My kiddos father picked this up at a flea market and was told by seller it was a megalodon tooth. He gave it to our son for Christmas. It doesn't look at all like a megalodon tooth to me. I had to manage my son's expectations when he opened it and let him know that it probably not be a megalodon tooth, but it's still really cool. I promised him I would try and find out what it is. My son is two weeks away from being 6, he has Asperger's and is absolutely obsessed with sharks. It's all he talks about. Would someone please identify this for me?

Finally got back out to the streams today and was a beautiful day and great finds,,,,,my wife found what I believe to be plesiosaur if you guys can give us some info please...............thanks

Excavated from matrix in the Chesapeake Bay, about 10 feet off of the beach at low tide. View is external on both valves, but hard outer coating has been lost to decay. Valves are pearlescent.
