Look I found a thing! Usually when I see a rock embedded in another rock I think fossil... however IF this is a fossil I have no idea what it would be. So at this point im thinking maybe its another Xenolith. What are your thoughts? For anyone interested, this was found near Vancouver Canadia.

This piece is being advertised as a nontyranus caudal vertebrae. While I know there is a debate as to whether or not nanotyranus was a legitimate species or simply a juvenile Rex, does the ID on this seem accurate? I’m new to fossil collecting so I’m hoping to learn from the collective intelligence of this forum.

Hi, we just got back from our first fossil hunting trip. Did we find anything special in this lot? I know it's a bit much to ask but hoping someone might be able to spot some things right off bat. The photo with no labels are ones we are almost certain are fossils, just don't know to what... Except that one cleaner modern tooth.

Seller lists this as a Pachycephalosaurus toe bone from Hell Creek formation, South Dakota. It is 1" long x 7/8" wide. That is all the information the seller gives. I have no clue how to ID a Pachy toe so i figured it was a good one to put on the forum and get help from more knowledgeable collectors

Anyone have any ideas on what this is? It appears to be some type of claw. A buddy found it in the stripped overburden of a quarry near the NC/VA border. Thanks, SA2

I found this in a shale bed in Colorado. I found sand crab tunnel fossils and she'll fossils in the same area.
