Can anyone identify these bones? Found on beach just south of Pax River NAS.

I found these “two styles” of what I believe are unusually fossilized bones on the beach in Tel Aviv. Rather than ask for your input on them individually, I am looking for an idea of “the process” that occurred, and then will ask about what they are (please feel free to answer both at once....). The items on the left are a very pale tan. The ones on the right are the ones that have me totally baffled. They are more of a light gray. Thank you!

Chould this stone be a fossilized toe bone of a big animal? The first photograph is top view, the second is flashless angled top view. We have a lot of Agatized and Partially Agatized Bones. They are translucent chalcedony. But this part is not chalcedony. It may be at the first stages of the fossilization.
