Found these in a gravel pit pile -NE Nebraska wanting some help on identification. Are the teeth bison? I’m thinking the horn core is also bison, unsure on the metapodial (maybe deer?) and other small piece! Any help on the big fragmented piece would be awesome, seems to be mineralized about 2cm thick or so. TIA!

I am thinking this is a weird shaped rock, however the top part is throwing me off with the pattern. Hopefully I am wrong?

Hi, new member here. I found this rock in a gravel pile. I live in north eastern Ohio and I assume it came from one of the local gravel pits. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what I have. The cheesy scale is one inch. Thank you.

Went to the local gravel pit. Walked away with this gorgeous gastropod and a beautiful bryozoan in jasper. Will be returning

Interesting gravel pit find in Monticello, Maine (Aroostook county, slightly north of Houlton - NE Maine). This specific area is identified as “Ordoclavian-Silurian marine sandstone and slate“ on the FEMA Simplified Bedrock Geologic Map Of Maine, and the north branch of the Meduxnekeag River passes through this small town. I’d be very appreciative for ANY information anyone can glean about this find from the photos and information I’ve provided. Thanks always for your time and consideration. ~caroline

A customer of mine got into a conversation about fossil hunting. The old timer found this antler in a gravel pit in 1960 while working. I assure you it's real plus he has zero sense of humor so I'm sure he's not pulling my leg. I've tried to research what it could possibly be but have had no luck. I told him I would give it the ol college try to ID it for him... any thoughts?
