Photos were not taken by me so I cannot upload better ones. I was hoping someone could point me towards a species on this bug. Its 3 inches and 3/8th of an inch. Supposedly Devonian. Phacops?

Peace River Vertebrates - Jaw with dentition, vertebra, tooth/antler

My wife and I found these yesterday and I need some assistance ID'ing them. These were all found near Zolfo Springs Florida, Peace River, Bone Valley formation. 1) is a tiny vertebra 2) is an oddball that I cannot decide if it is a chunk of tooth enamel/dentin, or a partial claw or tooth of some kind. 3) is a partial jaw with a tooth in it. 4) is an oddball that I cannot decide if it is an antler tine or a tooth of some sort. 5) is a partial vertebra with a pattern on one end than might be diagnostic (or not). Hi there I'm from Monterrey, Mexico, and I'm new here. I'm a biologist (graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon), with a speciality in health and food safety but I always had a passion for the prehistoric life (I'm still a amateur on that field). I recently rediscover some of my old stuff, among other things was thus fossil my uncle bought me when we went to a road trip to Zacatecas (a state known for its minery) along some of the main highways you can find some kind of "giftshops" where you can buy minerals and many different fossils. This one looks like a gastropod, it is pretty wornout, hope someone could help with at least family or genus.

It was found in South East London, in a fossily area. Found 3 days ago and cleaned today.

Old Church Formation (Oligocene) reference publications

TFF'ers, I need a bit of help identifying some material from the Old Church Formation from Virginia. I have the famous Muller (1999) reference and the more recent Ciccimuri & Knight paper (2009) regarding sharks and rays from the Chandler Bride formation. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any other papers or references that cover sharks/rays/fishes from the the Old Church or its equivalent formations on the mid-Atlantic coast (Belgrade or Chandler Bridge formations)? -Aaron @MarcoSr @Metopocetus- 15 replies

My family and I have gone on a trip for the holidays so when we recently decided to take a trip down to Glen Afric again, we quickly realized we were no longer used to the hill that leads down to the beach. Luckily it was worth it and as always we found a few fossils that I have yet to learn about. Fossil number 1 Fossil number 2 I think this one could be a whale bone. I'm just wondering what part it could be Fossil number 2 Fossil number 3 As for the last fossil, I was wondering if this could be coprolite?

Shell on right of third photo is an example of what I think it might be. Area is late Cretaceous.

Have not clean this yet. Too excited. North Sulfur River. Actually is more orange when wet. It is 2.5" long and 2" tall. What is it?
