From the album: Kem Kem Fossils
Name: Carcharodontosaurus Tooth
Age: 100 million years old
Locality: Kem Kem Region, Morocco, North Africa
Formation: Tegana Formation
Length: 3 and 1/8 inches long
Notes: A spectacular museum quality Carcharodontosaurus tooth. Specimens like this are very rare. No repair or restoration and beautifully intact enamel from tip to root on both sides. Excellent serrations. It is also a premax tooth which is quite rare (can't tell from this photo but it has a D shaped profile when looked at side on). My best dinosaur tooth.
