Found in the Peace River, Florida. Unfortunately root is missing. Fairly robust size, curved, one side appears to have a mesial ridge. I am hoping it is dire wolf. What do you think?

So my some found this piece of fossilized bone. Now to me this looks off a little bit, but I’m not sure so I figured I’d ask. This bone has what appear to be small cut marks on it. Any feedback would help. Thank you.

New Member here, just getting into fossil hunting that I had a few chances to do as a child (45 now with a child who also loves fossil hunting). We found this tooth yesterday and I'm not sure on it. Perhaps a baby Megalodon? Seems shaped right, and a tall root....Unless its a tooth of an adult shark I just don't recognize....Thanks for any help. I have been reeding the forum a little while now, and decided post some now that we are getting out hunting!

I have a few things from the last batch of Peace River matrix that I searched that need IDs. I am hoping that you lucky folks who see the 'big stuff' from this wonderful hunting ground will recognize this partial tooth because you have found a whole one! Thanks for looking

This unusual specimen was found in the latest batch of Sacha's Peace River matrix. It is the only one like it in 2 gallons of matrix. The way it seems to originate around a grain of sand puts me in mind of the bryozoa Schizorthosecos sp., but the texture is all wrong. Any ideas?
