I now have six (all similar) of these. Rare and unidentified still. photos of two attached. 6cm height 10cm circumference largest. Found on Caribbean coast Panama where I find fossilised shark teeth, fish mouth plates, barracuda teeth. Fairly lightweight and not all have a hole. if anybody has a clue as to what it might be I would be so appreciative. Thank you

Hello, I’m trying to identify this specimen. It was found in San Juan Cty UT in an area where petrified wood is common. The left end (large end) appears to be where a stem attached. There is a seam the full length. It looks like a large petrified seed pod. The specimen was broken. I attached pic of broken end.

Here is a good cross section of my "Mazon Creek" fossils, if you find yourself second guessing the "Mazon Creek" please post. I purchased these, I did not find them myself, so they could be mislabeled. I am self taught, so I could very well have all of my ID's wrong. This will have to be a 4 part message, due to the fact I can only upload 8 pics at one time.
