Hey guys! I'm posting here again about another strange fossil I found in the Toronto area. Found on the side of a river ravine where other paleozoic fossils are very common.

Hi All, I'm new here and to finding fossils in general. These are all from my first trip to the Etobicoke Creek yesterday. Anyone able to help identify some of them? Also, has anyone found anything along the Grand River? I go to school in Waterloo and wondered if its a good place to find some other fossils?

Found this along the shores of Lake Ontario in Canada. Measures about 2" x 1.5". Any ideas what it is/was? Thanks!

Hey everyone! I found my first fossil last weekend in a creek near the Don River in midtown Toronto. From my knowledge reading through this forum, it seems to be packed with crinoid stem fossils. I’d really appreciate a confirmation, to learn more about the age of the fossil and maybe even the species.

So many Georgian Bay fossils recently...can't keep up with cleaning

If I had 2 weeks of vacation, I still wouldn't be able to catch up with cleaning, identifying, sketching, photographing, and organizing the recent minor finds.- 4 replies
