Found this in a creek bed in Green Bay Wisconsin. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me which trilobite it is. Additionally why is there a brown spot?

I recently purchased a 40lb box of shale from U-Dig Fossils in Utah. Mid-Cambrian, Wheeler Shale Formation, House Range, Millard County, Utah. This morning after work, I split a smallish piece & one side had an odd dent, the other had an indistinct, slightly raised shape that sort of looked like a trilobite, so I started trying to find out if it was. This was the result. Using dental picks, a needle in a small pin vice, a # 428 Dremel wire brush (by hand) & another small, round nylon brush (Dremel) in another pic vice... and lots of patience. I think it's most of an Elrathia Kingii minus the cheeks (of course) measuring 1.5 cm in length. It isn't the cleanest & I have a bit more to do, but I wanted to "show it off" as it were. And see if I got the I.D right. Not the greatest quality pic, but I've also been up for almost 24 hours, so it may just be my imagination (pic quality or that I actually took a pic).

Found this near Utica, is it a trilobite head? The area has tons of triarthrus heads and nautiloids, but nothing as big as this. Unfortunately this is the best photo I can get at the moment as I stupidly misplaced the possible head. Also included is a fossilized sea shell, if anyone knows what species it belongs to that'd be great.

A trilobite belonging to the genus Reedops, and was found in the Lhandar formation, in Atchana, Morocco. Also it is dated to the pragian stage of the lower Devonian. -

Hi, I purchased this trilobite from a rock shop. After doing some online research, I think it’s real but would like some more opinions. It passes the tooth test (feels like stone). Also, if it is real, does anyone know what type or species it is? TIA!

Hello! After losing 2020, and then winter, I was finally able to get out and look around in my new area, NE Iowa and near Grant County, Wisconsin. I walked down a few rivers in the Ordovician areas, Platteville Formation, Grant County, and picked up what I think might be a Trilobite? Based on the Various publications of the region, it may be Sceptaspis lincolnensi, but this is really my first Trilobite I have found (in many years of walking along looking at rocks) I haven't cleaned off any of the matrix, just a nice scrub. I also found this hash plate nearby, I liked the Gastropod? In the center and noticed and when I looked it may have a similar trilobite? Thanks, appreciate your help!

I found a tiny object locked in matrix yesterday late in the afternoon and threw it in the bucket thinking it was a brachiopod. So when I cleaned it up a little this morning, I was surprised!! My wife fell in love with this trilobite (loves anything petite) and insisted I enter the FOTM competition. I am torn between a very small Isotelus or the more likely Anataphrus vigilans. HELP so I can enter before today's deadline (for her sake!!!).

When splitting some extra matrix from the Tibbs Bridge Road exposure of the Middle Cambrian Conasauga Formation I came across this trilobite cephalon imprint. It does not seem to match any of the common trilobites found at the site and I could not find a similar example in the various trip reports other members have posted about past visits to the site. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

These are more trilobite segments, and one cephalon, from the Leighton Formation, Maine, silurian. I believe them to be the new species of Calymene trilobite that I found earlier, but am unsure. The first pictures are of the first specimen, numbers 1 and 2 being of the cephalon, and the third of a thorax segment that was underneath the cephalon (you can see the edges of it in picture 2): The next pictures are of new specimens. Number one and two are of a cephalon. Unfortunately, I was unaware of its existence until after it came out in multiple pieces. It is about 1 cm by 1cm. Here are the pictures: Second are two different specimens. Number one is 11 mm by 5 mm, and number 2 is 6 mm by 3 mm. Here are the pictures: Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I figured I would share little bit with you guys of some of my favorites out of my collection , the Trilobites I found probably 20 years ago near Grafton Illinois while I was actually geode hunting , The corals ( I'm pretty sure they are corals) were found in Gravois creek in St.Louis ( its chock full of them) .

Finally got back out to my site (Needmore formation outside of Winchester VA, early to mid Devonian) for the first time this year, very good feeling. Found, among other things, these 3 partial pygidium imprints. Two appear to be the same species, and I’ve found several other partials like these out here before. I know (or am fairly sure) I’ve seen this species before online but can’t place it. The third specimen I can’t place at all and as far as I’m aware, haven’t found out at this site previously. All specimens are a centimeter and change at most, can provide more precise measurements later if need be.
