I found this tooth on private property in the Lance Formation, and I wanted to know what y’all think. Dr. Bakker told me ceratopsian (Lepto if I remember correctly). He said it was one of the teeth oriented toward the front of the mouth. I’m inclined to believe him, but has anyone else seen this before?

I’ve got a a couple of what I think are some fossils/bones that I come across quite often in my searches and was wondering if people could help identify what they are! I believe the long skinny pieces are ray plates, but I do not know what the rest are. The small tooth looking item has a hollow ish cavity and small indents along the side. Thank you!!

Hey all, I'm new to this so don't rip me up too hard. I found this odd shaped rock in a New Brunswick river famous for being the location where they found a mastodon fossil in 1939. It stood out to me because it wasn't round like all the other river rocks in the water. I was thinking it kind of looks like petrified wood, but I wouldn't know. Any help would be appreciated IMG_4593.mov

These are 2 unusual beach finds found on different visits at the same Tampa Bay beach, Florida. Approx. sizes 1 1/2-1 3/4 x 3/8 inch and about 1/16 inch thick. They look like brown wood grain with fine grooves on one side and shiny enamel-like on the flip side. They are slightly curved. Initially I thought it was a stingray barb but it has no barbs. Than I thought a seashell fragment but it doesn't resemble any seashell I'm familiar with. So what are they?

Hello, I came across this listing with no ID/locality info and poor photos, can anyone identify at least what it is? About 5 cm across. From what I can barely make out it has some symmetry and regularity in structure/patterning so I think it is indeed a fossil, perhaps a cystoid theca or crinoid calyx or even float bulb?
