I found these worm like things in a piece of Indonesian amber. The thicker of the two is about 2 mm across & the thin one is just over 3 mm across (coiled length). These are the best pics I could get unfortunately. Both are barely viewable from the other side due to the dark patch. Pics are @ 75x The first 2 are with just the Dino Lite LEDs, the 3rd is that with an additional light source from below. I don't figure I'll get a positive ID, or even anything close, but I brought em to you anyway. The 3rd pic shows the thin one much better in my opinion. Thanks for taking a look.
I thought I’d share my recent experience with Indonesian megalodon teeth. I couldn’t find much information on them or many who had bought them, so hopefully this post will help the next person. I initially ordered the tooth through a seller from Indonesia on Instagram using PayPal. The pictures where a little grainy but the price seemed too good to pass up. After a month of waiting it did actually show up:
Hi everyone. Just a quick question regarding Megalodon teeth from Indonesia. They appear to be quite uncommon as regards that location? The few specimens I’ve seen recently appear to be of a very light coloration as well. Is this typical of Indonesian meg teeth? Will try to get photos.
I brought home a box of my Euypterids a couple of months ago and went through those today. I have most of my fossils on another property, (about 45 minutes away from where i live). I now realize I have another box of those somewhere? Whilst going through this box I run into another smaller box inside the bigger box.. I open it up. What the heck? Why did I put these with the Euryterids? No wonder I can find anything! Im so unorginized! anyways, check this picture out. Lots of Morrocan stuff and some gold plated sharks teeth and even some coral from indonesia. Now what do i do. Ha!!! How many peoples would love to have my problem? RB
