Hello everybody, I found your forum very interesting and thought you may help me to identify something I have since ever. Found this strange rock when I was 13 years old in Jordan, kept it for 45 years, but still wonder what is it?? Is it a simple rock or something else? Can anybody help?

Hello, I'm new in this forum and I need your help! I found this tooth in Jordan north desert, among other items I am going to submit in another post. It is about 3 cm long...and I really cannot tell from similar internet pictures if it is a common shark tooth (though very very old) or someone else's. The place where I found it is north-east from the capital Amman and quite close to the Syrian border. Thank you very much, Chiara

Hello, I found this egg shaped stone in Jordan north desert, north east from the capital Amman and not far from Syrian border. Of course it would be amazing if it was actually an egg, but I have my doubts...anyway, it is about 7 cm long, quite heavy for its size. Thank you!! Chiara
